3. Accounts

You're responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Pro plans renew monthly until canceled. Cancel anytime in your dashboard. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

5. Content ownership

You own the content you generate. We don't claim any rights to your inputs or outputs.

6. Disclaimer

AI outputs may be inaccurate. Verify before relying on them for critical decisions. Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolrift is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
